It’s National Library Week and our middle school library is the place to be !📚✨

From discovering new favorites to finding the perfect quiet spot to read, our library is full of adventure, imagination, and maybe a few overdue books. And, don't forget to check out the bulletin boards!

Our librarian has shared a few jokes with us:

1. Why did the library book feel so confident? It had a spine.
2. Why did the librarian slip on the floor? She was in the non-friction section!
3. Why did the ghost keep coming back to the library? He went through his books too quickly!

Quarter 4 = sunshine outside… and midterms inside 😅📚

Nothing says “middle school energy” like reviewing notes one minute and asking ,“Wait, this is on the test?!” the next.

To our students: you’ve made it this far — keep pushing, stay focused, and don’t forget to breathe (and maybe sleep 😄).

Midterms are being sent home today—thank you, parents, for taking the time to review and sign them. Your support makes a big difference! 🙌

Let’s finish strong, everyone! 💪✨ #Quarter4 #MidtermMadness #MiddleSchoolLife

Our middle school librarian deserves a standing ovation… or at least a very quiet, respectful round of applause (because, you know… library rules).

Somehow, Mrs. Willaims has mastered the art of helping students find exactly the right book—even when the request is, “I don’t like reading, but I want something good… and not boring… and not too long… and maybe about sports… or dragons.” And boom—book in hand. She has seen it all: upside-down books and bookmarks that are actually Cheetos wrappers.

But more than anything, Mrs. Williams creates a space where kids feel comfortable, curious, and maybe even excited about reading (a true superpower in middle school).

So here’s to our librarian—keeper of books, finder of lost pages, champion of readers, awesome bulletin board creator, and quiet hero of our school. We appreciate you more than you know! Happy School Librarian Day!📖

There is nothing like cracking open a rock and realizing nature’s been saving a 15-million-year-old leaf scrapbook page just for you!

Mrs. Messman had boxes (and boxes!) of rock samples from the Clarkia Fossil Beds right here in Idaho (so cool!). Her students had an absolute blast scraping and brushing rocks to find fossils!

The beautiful striations in the rocks were muted by the squeal of excitement when students found a fossil. Nothing beats hands-on learning and the thrill of finding something millions of years old .

We dig learning!

🍜🔥 TODAY’S LUNCH = LEGENDARY 🔥🍜

Move over cafeteria trays… our amazing lunch ladies just dropped a RAMEN BAR and it is EVERYTHING. 🙌

We’re talking steamy noodles, savory broth, and all the toppings your heart (and stomach) could dream of. Basically, the cafeteria turned into a 5-star noodle shop overnight. 💁‍♀️✨

Students are lining up like it’s the hottest restaurant in town—and honestly, they’re not wrong.

Huge shoutout to our cafeteria crew for always bringing the creativity (and the flavor)! 💛 You’ve officially made today one of the best lunch days ever.

We always knew math teachers were greater than the rest… and now we have proof! ➕😉

Another one of our incredible math teachers, Ms. Stewart, has been named Teacher of the Month by the Twin Falls Education Foundation! 🏆

Between solving for x, multiplying student confidence, and dividing up their time to help everyone succeed, they somehow make it all add up to something pretty amazing. 📐✨

We’re not even going to try to calculate how much they’re appreciated… but trust us, it’s exponential. 📈

Congratulations Ms. Stewart!
