Back to School/Registration Information

July 31, 2020

Dear Parents and Students:

Welcome Back! Registration for the 2020-2021 school year is fast approaching. Many things are very different compared to last fall, so we have made a number of changes for this year’s registration to make it as convenient, efficient, and the least congested as possible. Please read this carefully as there are multiple options to accomplish the goals of registration both in person and virtually.

Schedules: We will be sending out every student’s schedule for the 2020-2021 school year on Tuesday, August 4th at 5:00 pm by email to both parents and students. We will also be handing out printed schedules for all students on the first day of school.

If you would like to request a schedule change, you can use this link:

Schedule Change or Appointment Request Form   to virtually request that change or to schedule an appointment to discuss a schedule change. Counselors or administration will contact you about that request before the start of school. Requests for schedule changes or appointments must be completed before August 10th to be completed before the start of school

Fees: The only fees for this next school year are optional.

Yearbooks $35.00

Activity card: $15.00

Locker use fee: $5.00

(Backpacks: Students WILL be allowed to carry backpacks around campus this next year. This is a change from previous years. Because of this, some students may opt not to get a locker.)

If you would like to request fees online and pay at a later date or opt out of these fees online, you can complete this form here: Fee Request/Opt Out Form

Students who request a locker through this link will be assigned a locker and will receive the locker number and the combination with their printed schedule on the first day of school. Students who request activities cards (delivered typically in September)  or yearbooks (delivered in May)  will receive those when they are typically handed out if the fee is paid by that time.

If you received your schedule, submitted any changes online, and completed the fee request or opt out form online, then you do NOT need to come to in-person registration.

For all others, in-person registration will be organized by last name instead of by grade. We request that only one parent and the students being registered come to registration at their scheduled time. All people who come into the building will be required to wear a mask and to social distance while completing each step of registration.  (Masks will be available at the door if needed) Cash, checks or credit / debit cards will be accepted.
